Three ways to work together.

The commission structure most couples never see is often larger than the fee they do. My fee is always less than what I identify in savings. That’s the only math that matters.

The math

My fee is always less than what I save you.

A commission structure built into every vendor quote is not visible on any invoice. Run the math on a $300K wedding. The Awareness session alone pays for itself the first time you catch a clause that would have cost you $9,000. The Review pays for itself in the first negotiation. The Takeover is a different scope — full production oversight — and is priced accordingly. What I guarantee there is that every dollar you spend is accounted for and working entirely in your interest.

Common questions

The questions you actually have.

Why do I need you if I already have a planner?

The industry is structured so that multiple parties earn from the same transaction. Having someone in the room whose income comes exclusively from you — with no other financial arrangement — is a different kind of representation. That is what I offer.

I already signed some contracts. Is it too late?

Not necessarily — and that distinction matters. The Awareness session exists precisely to answer this question for your specific situation before we go any further. Sometimes there is still meaningful room to negotiate, protect your exposure, or recover leverage. Other times, if the date is too close, the budget is fully committed, or the contracts leave no room to move, I will tell you that honestly and refund your $300. There is no point in taking your money if I cannot genuinely help you. The Awareness session is how we find out which situation you are in.

Do you take undisclosed commissions from vendors?

No. My fee comes exclusively from you. The problem with the current industry system is not that commissions exist — it is that couples are never told about them, never given the chance to weigh their implications, and rarely understand how significantly they affect the final cost of their wedding. That is what I am here to change. Any financial arrangement I enter into on your behalf is disclosed to you in full, in writing, before it happens. There is no ambiguity here.

What can you guarantee?

For The Awareness and The Review: I guarantee a Plan B for everything I recommend. I guarantee that my fee will never exceed what I identify in savings for you. I guarantee complete confidentiality from the moment you sign the NDA.

For The Takeover, the scope is different. I am reviewing every contract, every vendor agreement, every line of your budget. I am redesigning the production and taking control of its execution — that is a fundamentally different service. What I can guarantee there is that you will receive exactly what you paid for: nothing less, and wherever possible, more. The work is thorough, documented, and entirely on your side.

What no one can guarantee: weather, the behavior of third-party vendors on the day, or force majeure events. What I can guarantee is that if something goes sideways, you will not be facing it alone and unprepared.

Which destinations do you cover?

Currently: Riviera Maya, Cancún, Tulum, and the Mérida area. This is where I have the vendor relationships and hotel negotiating power to deliver the full scope of what I promise. I only work in destinations where I can back up what I say.

Next: Los Cabos — once the Riviera Maya model is fully built and running.

After that: San Miguel de Allende, Oaxaca, Mexico City, and the Mita region. Then the United States, and then Europe — primarily Greece, Italy, Spain, and France, where I already have direct experience and relationships.

If your destination is not on this list yet, reach out. The answer may be yes sooner than you expect.

How long does a contract negotiation take?

A straightforward hotel contract: 1.5 to 2 hours of work on my end. A complex back-and-forth negotiation: up to two weeks of email correspondence with the hotel’s legal team. The timeline depends almost entirely on how quickly the hotel responds — not on us.

What is your minimum budget for The Takeover?

$300,000 USD in production budget (florals, rentals, audio, lighting, and production). Below that threshold, the savings potential doesn’t justify the scope of full representation. The Review is the right service for smaller budgets.
